Welcome to Alertifly! By accessing or using our web application, services, or content, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Service Overview

Alertifly allows users to create, manage, and subscribe to financial alert tiles. Each tile is linked to a specific currency pair or cryptocurrency, streams live price data, and displays a list of user-defined notifications. Users can create multiple alert tiles and group them into subscriptions, which can be shared and rated by other users.

2. User Accounts

To access most features, you must register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Subscriptions

Users can group multiple alert tiles into subscriptions, which may be made public for other users with Plus or Pro memberships to subscribe to. Subscription owners can enable or disable their subscriptions, remove them entirely, or remove all active subscribers at any time.

4. Notifications

Each alert tile can include multiple notification triggers. These notifications may be sent as in-app popups, push notifications, or emails, depending on your settings. We strive to deliver alerts promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times or availability.

5. Membership & Payments

Basic users can create and manage alerts. Access to subscriptions (browsing or subscribing) is limited to Plus and Pro members. Memberships may be billed monthly or annually. All payments are final unless required by law.

6. Limitations

Alertifly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or suitability for trading or investment decisions. Use Alertifly at your own risk and consult a financial advisor before making trading decisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. Users can delete their accounts at any time. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled by the competent courts in Regensburg, Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
