Information We Collect

• Account information, email address and username, used to create and secure your account and deliver the service.
• Profile and social content, optional details you add: preferred name, bio, profile picture, posts, comments, and the traders or playbooks you follow. Powers the social and playbook features.
• Price alerts and preferences, the markets, price levels, watchlists, and notification settings you configure, so we can send the alerts you request.
• Sign-in with Google, if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access any other Google data.
• Push notification tokens, when you enable push notifications, we store a device messaging token (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver your price alerts. Tokens are used only to send notifications and are removed when you disable notifications or delete your account.
• Usage data, basic, non-identifying analytics about which pages and components you interact with, used to understand how the service is used and improve it. We do not collect or store device identifiers or precise location.
• Advertising and conversion measurement, on our website we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, when a visit to the site leads to a sign-up). This is done through Google advertising cookies, which are set only with your consent via the cookie consent banner. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles within Alertifly.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you, operate your account, and provide the alerts, playbooks, and social features you use.
• To send the notifications and emails you have enabled (price alerts and account-related messages).
• To keep the service secure and prevent unauthorized access.

How We Share and Protect Your Data

• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your account or profile data with third parties to target advertising to you.
• We share data only with the service providers needed to run and measure Alertifly, for example, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications, Stripe to process subscription payments, and Google Ads to measure advertising conversions on our website (with your cookie consent), and only to the extent required to provide and operate the service.
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored securely.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences, and turn push notifications on or off at any time in the app or web settings.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, or request deletion by contacting support@alertifly.com.
• We use essential cookies on the website for session management, authentication, and security. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie consent banner. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

1. Log in at app.alertifly.com.
2. Open your profile, then go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete account", then confirm.

This action is irreversible, all alerts and data are permanently deleted. Alternatively, email support@alertifly.com to request deletion.
