Account Deletion
Delete your account and associated data
Alertifly users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To delete your account
- Sign in to Alertifly.
- Go to Settings / Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@alertifly.com from the email address linked to your Alertifly account.
What gets deleted
When an account is deleted, Alertifly deletes account information, profile data, alert tiles, triggers, playbooks/subscriptions, posts, comments, notification preferences, and related app data, unless limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
