Account Deletion
Delete your account and associated data
Alertifly users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To delete your account
- Sign in to Alertifly.
- Go to Settings / Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@alertifly.com from the email address linked to your Alertifly account.
What gets deleted
When an account is deleted, Alertifly deletes account information, profile data, alert tiles, triggers, playbooks, posts, comments, notification preferences, and related app data, unless limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
